HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
The best way to reach us is send a text to 815-200-3240, send an email to email@example.com or reach us via Facebook Messenger. Note that while we answer the phone when we can, we are often away from the office assisting with the driving.

We are open from 8am to 8pm CT on weekdays and from noon to 6pm CT on weekends.
WHAT ARE YOUR DRIVING HOURS?
We drive around the clock, 24/7/365.
WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES DO YOU DRIVE?
You'll be picked up in a clean and comfortable, late-model American-made van, sedan or SUV.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO MAKE OUR RESERVATIONS?
Some passengers make reservations months in advance. Since our reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, it is best to make your reservation as far in advance as possible, but we will accommodate you with short notice, if available.
HOW MANY PASSENGERS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?Typically, we provide shuttle service for groups of one to six passengers. Please call if your group is larger and we'll be happy to provide you with some recommendations.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards. We do not require deposits. Whether you schedule a one-way shuttle or round-trip service, we ask for payment only after our service is completed to your satisfaction.
WHAT IF OUR PLANS CHANGE AND WE HAVE TO CANCEL?
We know that things come up so we just don't think its right to charge for cancellations. However, so that we may free up your reservation for others, we ask that you notify us as soon as you realize the need to cancel.
WHAT IF OUR FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
We understand that flight delays occur on a fairly regular basis. We also understand that it is not your fault. We ask that you understand that if your flight is delayed by more than two hours, we will make every reasonable effort to wait for you when we can or get you picked up as soon as possible after your arrival. But, please know that we will never leave you stranded.
